Our one-hour yoga sessions are designed to support employee wellbeing by creating space to reset, recharge, and refocus during the working day.
These sessions offer a balanced blend of movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help reduce stress, ease physical tension, and improve overall energy and concentration.

The Wellbeing session
This event consists of a variety of mindfulness techniques that can be added within your working and non-working day.

It is designed to give employees meaningful time to pause, reset, and reconnect—both physically and mentally. Set within a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, each session offers a nourishing balance of gentle movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation. Practiced during the session is yoga that can be carried out away from the desk and at the desk with wellbeing tips and advice.
If requested, gratitude journalling and other mindfulness techniques can be added to these sessions

Adults 1:1 yoga session
Our 1:1 yoga sessions offer personalised, supportive practice tailored entirely to you. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, each session is designed around your goals, needs, and lifestyle.
In a relaxed and private setting, we focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to support strength, flexibility, balance, and mental wellbeing. One-to-one sessions allow time to move at your own pace, explore specific areas of focus, and build confidence in a way that feels safe and empowering.
Every session is guided with care, attention, and compassion, helping you feel supported both on and off the mat. Have this time to connect with yourself

Children’s Yoga is a great way for kids to move, breathe, and grow with confidence. Through imaginative poses, storytelling, games, and gentle mindfulness, children learn to connect with their bodies and emotions in a fun and supportive environment.
Yoga helps children build strength, balance, and flexibility while also encouraging focus, calmness, and self-esteem.

1:1 Children’s Yoga sessions are more personalised and are tailored to your child’s unique needs. In a calm and welcoming environment, each session is thoughtfully designed around your child’s interests, abilities, and emotional well-being.
Through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and creative play, children are supported to build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience at their own pace.

These sessions are ideal for children who benefit from individual attention, prefer a quieter setting, or need extra support with confidence, regulation, or relaxation.

Group Yoga- Peak Health and Fitness (45 minute session)

Practicing in a group creates a sense of connection and shared energy, while still encouraging each individual to move at their own pace.
From complete beginners to experienced practitioners—to feel comfortable and confident.
Whether you’re looking to build flexibility, release tension, or simply take time out for yourself, group yoga provides a balanced and uplifting practice that supports wellbeing on and off the mat.
